Press the round length you want in the table below — Tabata, for instance, loads 20 seconds and eight rounds and starts straight away — or set the length by hand, tick Repeat and choose a count from the dropdown, ×2 up to ×10, or ×∞ to keep going until you stop. The badge under the digits shows which round you are on, for example ↻ 3/8.
No. This repeats one fixed length, so a work/rest split like Tabata 20/10 cannot be run automatically in a single pass. Set the round to your work interval, repeat it, and time the rests with the pause button — which is what the round lengths above do for you.
The timer stops on its own and the alert plays, and the badge reads the final round. On ×∞ it keeps repeating until you press Stop, so the badge keeps climbing instead of finishing.
